Chef in action at a Chefs Talents event

Approach

We don't dispatch a chef. We frame an operation.

Chef, service, sommellerie, logistics coordination. We handle the culinary side end to end: brief, curation, delivery, contingency management.

One contact. One invoice. No scattering across five vendors.

Chefs Talents event service

Our role isn't to serve.
It's to make sure nothing drops.

For whom

One standard. Three client profiles.

01

Event agencies

White-label or co-branding, as you need. Fast scoping, silent delivery, flawless client-facing output. We fit your workflow, not the other way around.

02

Corporate teams

Intimate executive retreats, partner dinners, restricted product launches, carefully chosen press cocktails. The table coordinated to your brand's sensibility.

03

Private clients

Intimate weddings, milestone birthdays, family events, receptions at home or in a villa. The format bends to your project, not the other way around. Discreet, capped at 100 guests.

Scope

From 10 to 100 guests. Multi-services if needed.

Intimate private dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate lunches, villa or residence events. We absorb the format that fits you, without stretching our operational capacity.

Executive chef, right-sized brigade, table service, selected wines, furniture coordination (Options, Decoral), product logistics, on-site event manager depending on complexity.

Beyond 100 guests, we'd rather refer you to a peer we respect than stretch ourselves.

Craft

What happens before you sit down.

Sourcing from local producers, mise en place, plating, pastry. The work is done on site, on the day, by the chef who serves you.

Private · France

Immersive dinner-event, bespoke evening

Immersive dinner imagined and created for a singular evening. Full format: concept, scenography, narrative menu, coordinated service. A unique moment, designed end to end.

Detailed references shared on request, under confidentiality.

Method

A brief. A frame. A delivery.

01

Qualification

We assess the format, date, location, guest count, expected service level and indicative budget. Response within 24 hours with a feasibility frame.

02

Framing

We build the proposal: shortlisted chef, target team, directional menu, detailed pricing frame. Iteration until final brief is validated.

03

Coordination

Once the brief is signed, we take over the entire chain: brigade, service, sommellerie, vendor coordination, contingency management. You have one contact.

Confidentiality

Discretion isn't optional.

Our teams work with high-end families, executives, brands and agencies whose projects are never made public. Clients, venues and services are shared only between concerned parties.

Every mission is bound by contractual confidentiality clauses. Our chefs and service staff are selected as much for their manner as for their technique.

Before you send us a brief.

How quickly can you deliver?+
A simple brief can be framed in 48 to 72 hours. A full event (60-100 guests, multi-services) ideally requires 3 to 6 weeks of preparation. For urgent requests, an initial feasibility response is given within 24 hours.
What are your pricing brackets?+
A Chefs Talents event starts at €2,500 ex-VAT excluding raw materials for an intimate service. Corporate or bespoke events are priced per brief. We operate on a global fixed fee, not fragmented quotes.
Do you work white-label for agencies?+
Yes. We adapt our visibility to your needs: silent delivery, co-branding, or full attribution. Our teams are trained in that flexibility.
Do you also coordinate logistics and furniture?+
Yes, through a network of established partners (Options, Decoral and others depending on region). We drive the whole thing or articulate with your existing vendors as you prefer.
How do you handle confidentiality?+
Every mission is bound by a confidentiality clause, including for our chefs and service teams. Venues, clients and briefs are never made public.
What regions do you cover?+
France (French Riviera, Paris, Bordeaux, Alps), Balearics (Ibiza), Cyclades (Mykonos), Sardinia, Italy, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For international outside Europe, on brief.
How does invoicing work?+
Single invoice at mission close or in tranches depending on format and amount. 30 % deposit on brief validation, 100 % paid before mobilisation. Reverse-charge VAT applied for B2B EU clients outside France.
Who handles product sourcing?+
The chef handles sourcing with our teams' support: local markets, artisans, trusted suppliers per destination. Raw materials billing is defined in the brief: fixed-fee inclusive, or actual-cost re-invoicing with receipts.
What if the brief changes at the last minute?+
Light adjustments (minor menu tweaks, logistics precisions) are absorbed in the initial fixed fee. Major changes (guest count, format, date) are covered by a priced-and-validated addendum before implementation. No surprise billing.
How do you handle specific dietary requirements?+
Share dietary constraints upfront: allergies, intolerances, vegetarian, kosher, halal, gluten-free, etc. The menu is designed with the chef to integrate these constraints without running two parallel services.
What does the wine service cover?+
Wine selection matched to the menu, from our cellar or with your wines. Table service by a sommelier or trained head waiter. Coordination with a partner wine merchant if you want a more extensive list for the event.
What happens in case of cancellation?+
Exact terms are detailed in our T&Cs and reiterated at brief signature. The later the cancellation, the greater the share of the fixed fee already committed to chefs and vendors that is due. Documented force majeure handled case by case.
