Why Chefs Talents in Cannes

Cannes runs on two calendars: holiday stays in summer, and convention and festival periods the rest of the year. The two call for different things.

In summer it is villas on the hills and apartments on the Croisette, with stays of one to three weeks. During conventions it is more often single dinners, working lunches and receptions, usually arranged within days.

We place chefs who can switch between the two, and who are used to apartment kitchens, which are the norm on the Croisette.
